STOREY COUNTY SHERIFFS OFFICE - SHERIFF ANTINORO:
RE: CLARIFICATION ON GOVERNORS DIRECTIVE 010
“Governor Sisolak has issued a “Stay at Home” order (Directive 010). The questions are already coming in. What this order says is that unless you have a legitimate reason to be out - to go to the store to get food, go to work at essential businesses, etc., stay home. It does not further close businesses. If you have been designated by a previous directive as being allowed to stay open under one of the “essential” classifications, you can remain open practicing the corona virus prevention as has also been previously outlined.
You can go out to recreate (hike, jog, etc) but not in groups. If you do go out with someone else, be sure to follow all prevention guidelines. Stay home, get your honey-do list knocked down, and be safe. We shall overcome this!”

STOREY COUNTY - COUNTY MANAGER OSBORNE:
RE: TESLA
Thank you, Tesla, for stepping to the plate by offering over 100,000-square-feet of warehouse space inside Storey County, and forklifts and other equipment that the State of Nevada will use to store and distribute COVID-19 emergency response supplies for all of northern Nevada during the crisis. Our county team asked if you were able to help, and in less than five minutes you had us up and running. This facility will provide a huge benefit to distributing these critical supplies to healthcare workers, emergency responders, and others fighting for us in the COVID-19 event.
